Our panel session introduces the ICUE (Industry-City-University-Entrepreneur) framework, a model championed by Bayanihan Lab Network (BLN) and Edu-Connect Southeast Asia Association in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, through partnerships with institutions such as the University of the Philippines.
Divided into two parts, the first part features a plenary speech that introduces the ICUE model and how it brings these different sectors together. This is followed by a multi-sectoral panel discussion aimed at identifying the current gaps and friction points in the Philippine landscape.

Currently serving as the President of Edu-Connect Southeast Asia Association, Senior Fellow at the UP-NCPAG Center for Policy and Executive Development and the Center for Local and Regional Governance, and Visiting Professor at the University of the Philippines National College of Public Administration and Governance.
๐ ๐ฟ. ๐๐ผ๐๐ฒ ๐๐๐ถ๐ ๐จ. ๐ฌ๐๐น๐ผ ๐๐ฟ., current President of the Chamber of Commerce of the Philippine Islands and a prominent figure in Philippine trade and economic development. He co-founded the Philippine Center for International Trade & Exhibits and previously led major business and financial institutions, including the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Philippine Stock Exchange.

With over a decade of experience in governance, leadership development, and community engagement, she specializes in strategic planning, organizational management, and sustainable local development.
