Calling young Filipino leaders committed to effective and sustainable urban governance! From April 16-21, 2025, immerse yourself in Kaohsiung, Taiwan—a hub for progressive governance, policy innovation, and community-driven development.

This learning expedition offers firsthand exposure to best practices in urban administration, participatory governance, and sustainable city management. Through expert dialogues, site visits, and experiential learning, participants will gain insights into Taiwan's governance frameworks and understand their avenues for youth participation.
